Setting Up Your Frame

Mounting the 77256 is a straightforward, mechanical process. Here's how to do it:

Peel first: Before anything else, find and remove the protective film on all the transparent parts.

Build the standoffs: Screw the four silver metallic standoffs into the backplate. These form the frame's skeleton and create the depth behind the 3D effect.

Dock the car: The backplate has a mounting bracket engineered for this set. Line up your finished LEGO 77256 with the mounting studs and press it into place. The car locks in vertically and holds steady.

Close the frame: Set the front transparent panel over the four standoffs, then secure it with the matching silver screw caps included in the kit.

Hang it up: Use the built-in hanging point on the back of the plate to mount the frame on your wall. The finished piece looks like it's speeding straight out of 1985.
