At the center of this alternate timeline sits The Dark Falcon (75389).
This isn't a simple recolor of the Millennium Falcon. The scrappy gray panels of Han Solo's freighter are gone, replaced with black armor plating, dark gray panels and translucent red accents — a Sith warship compressed into a fast, agile smuggling hull that still reads as unmistakably a Falcon from any angle.

Building the Dark Falcon
Putting the Dark Falcon (75389) together mixes familiar Falcon-building techniques with new, darker design choices, and it's a build that rewards fans of the original ship as much as newcomers.
The Exterior
The Falcon silhouette is instantly recognizable, but the color change shifts its whole presence. Deep black and dark gray plates form the mandibles and saucer section, and where the original Falcon had blue engine glow, this one runs an aggressive translucent red that changes the entire mood of the ship.
The cockpit cone is heavily armored in matte black with red canopy framing, and the radar dish up top is flanked by upgraded quad-laser cannons that look considerably more dangerous than standard Rebel hardware. Every exterior choice pushes the ship further from "smuggler's freighter" and closer to "warship."
The Interior
Part of what makes the LEGO Falcon special is its removable hull panels, and this set keeps that feature intact. Open it up and the interior has been fully reworked for the dark side, room by room.

The Display Problem
Once the last brick is placed and the minifigures are set, collectors run into a familiar issue: the Dark Falcon is wide, flat and takes up serious space, just like the original ship always has.
Set flat on a desk or shelf, it eats up horizontal space, and from a distance you lose most of the surface detail — the red accents, the radar dish, all of it flattens out into a single dark shape. Leaving it boxed up is a waste, and leaving it flat on a table risks dust and bumps every time someone walks past.
