COMMON PROBLEM:

1. Why is the plate not transparent?

Answer: In order to avoid plate damage, our plates have protective films on both sides, and there will be burrs on the edges of individual plates after cutting production. This is a normal situation and is not a quality problem. Tearing off protective films, plate is clear and transparent.

2. Why is the received display box not assembled?

Answer: Because our plates are made of acrylic material, which belongs to plexiglass, the probability of damage is very high during transportation when finished, so you need to assemble it by yourself after receiving it.

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To request a return, please contact us at info@kabolego.com before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. For quality-related issues such as defects, shipping damage, wrong items, or non-human-caused damage, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund. For non-quality-related returns, such as ordering the wrong item, wrong size/color, or personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval, and if approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or via international transfer.
